QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in Monterrey recruits a Data Engineer to build foundational data infrastructure powering cutting-edge AI apps. You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and secure data environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will translate hypotheses into engineered features, prepare data for AI solutions, and contribute to R&D focused on agentic and autonomous AI capabilities.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in a data-focused role.
• Strong Python and SQL coding skills with clear documentation.
• Interest in Agentic AI, Generative AI, ML, or BI across data types.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Git, DevOps/MLOps concepts and CI/CD.
• Strong time management in autonomous work environments.
• Willingness to learn quickly across projects.
• Experience using coding agents is a plus.
• Strong English and Spanish communication.
