Flex is seeking an HR Advisor located in Guadalajara to drive HR solutions for employees and managers, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. You will provide high-quality support, manage HR data, and ensure policy adherence while collaborating with global HR teams.

Role requires strong communication, data-driven decision support, and a flexible schedule. You will work within salary administration, benefits, employee relations, global mobility, and HRIS, contributing to continuous improvement.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English.
• Minimum experience of Human Resources or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively develop and drive initiatives.
• Ability to communicate and demonstrate technical expertise with internal customers.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and enable the self‑service delivery model.
• Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
• Own key HR data and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Execute HR processes per SOPs and SLAs.
• Support HR Core services (salary, benefits, relations, mobility, help desk, HRIS).
• Collaborate with other departments and sites to drive improvements.
• Maintain and record essential information for tracking/history.
• Support end-to-end ticketing and data privacy best practices.
