Flex is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst in Guadalajara to partner with business segments and drive strategic HR planning. You will support ramp-up for new awards, lead workforce initiatives, and collaborate with HRBPs to deploy scalable HR frameworks that align with business goals.

The role requires strong Excel skills, advanced English, and experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on planning, forecasting, and leadership-ready presentations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in HR or change management.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to analyze data and present insights.

Responsabilidades

• Consult and assist business on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring.
• Drive headcount planning through position creation to support ramp-up for new awards.
• Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives such as workforce planning and succession planning.
• Develop and deliver HR strategy with the business and HR partners.
• Communicate and train HR personnel; develop training materials.
