Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Staff Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze and optimize data center cooling systems with a focus on water-cooled chillers. You will provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation in data center thermal management.

Ideal candidates will have extensive HVAC experience, strong modeling skills, and a track record of delivering high‑quality results on schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years' HVAC experience.
• Master's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 5+ years' HVAC experience.
• PhD in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 2+ years' HVAC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in selecting and specifying water-cooled chiller systems for data centers.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations for system compatibility.
• Contribute to technical reviews and drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Identify and help resolve issues affecting performance, reliability, and sustainability.
• Engage with vendors and teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support continuous improvement in data center thermal management practices.
