Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Staff Controls Engineer to lead production‑level control design for HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will supervise small, multi‑disciplinary teams and drive development from concept through lab validation, applying model‑based design methods and rigorous verification.

You will collaborate with system engineers, program managers and cross‑functional partners to ensure robust, scalable control solutions and state‑of‑the‑art performance across product

Formación

• Bachelor or higher in an engineering field with 7+ years of controls experience.
• Experience with model-based design methods and embedded controls.
• Experience in MIL/SIL/HIL testing and system integration.
• Knowledge of PLC or AUTOSAR based embedded architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small globally distributed teams to develop production-ready control solutions.
• Define development and verification plans; conduct technical reviews.
• Develop control algorithms; perform system identification, robustness and optimization.
• Ensure requirements satisfaction across modules and interfaces.
• Calibrate physics-based plant models and lead MIL/SIL/HIL test strategies.
• Provide hands-on lab testing in psychrometric environments and test planning.
