Megawatt Construction, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety programs on data center construction sites.

You will develop and enforce safety policies, lead inspections, and coordinate training to ensure a safe work environment across the project lifecycle. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction safety with at least 3 years in leadership, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams and subcontractors.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in a construction safety role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position overseeing safety programs for large-scale projects.
• CSP or equivalent preferred; OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction codes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, programs, and procedures for construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for personnel.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and keep accurate safety records.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate safety into planning and execution.
