Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a seasoned Construction Safety Lead in Querétaro to supervise safety across complex projects, ensure compliance with STPS/OSHA, and advise on contractor safety plans. You will oversee health and safety management procedures and drive safety culture across sites.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in construction safety with strong coordination with design teams, and experience on mission-critical data center projects.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction safety and formal qualifications in safety management.
• Extensive experience communicating with contractors and coordinating with design teams.
• Advanced experience in health and safety review and oversight on complex construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all aspects of complex construction safety across projects, ensuring compliance with STPS / OSHA.
• Advise senior management on contractors' safety plans and ensure implementation.
• Review and oversee Health and Safety management procedures in construction.
• Attend safety and management meetings, trainings, and daily activity briefings.
• Supervise subcontractors and contractors to ensure competence.
• Promote Health and Safety initiatives across projects.
• Manage local regulations.
