Lambda is seeking a Construction Onsite Foreman to lead field execution for data center fit-outs, electrical and network installations, and equipment handoffs. You will coordinate trade crews, enforce safety, and drive on-site progress from drawings to energized capacity.

You will travel to active sites (~75%), manage daily reports, punch lists, and coordination with the Data Center Implementation Manager and Project Manager to meet schedule and quality targets.

Formación

• 5+ years construction field experience in data centers or critical facilities.
• Experience supervising on-site crews and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong reading of drawings, specs, and installation instructions.
• Proven safety ownership and ability to stop unsafe work.
• Familiarity with field reporting tools and project platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily activity across MEP trades and network installers on the floor.
• Oversee fit-out, cabinet setting, cable management, and containment work.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; conduct safety walks.
• Coordinate outages, access, and vendor logistics; manage field documentation.
• Own three-week lookahead; track progress and report to managers.
• Assist with commissioning through turnover to operations.
