The successful candidate will manage all aspects of technical data center construction projects, ensuring safety and quality while meeting deadlines and budgets. Responsibilities include leading project teams, monitoring project site progress, and serving as the primary liaison with clients. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and over five years of experience in commercial construction, particularly in mission-critical projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, particularly in data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Familiar with contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects.
• Manage and mentor project teams including Assistant Project Managers and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and safety.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
