Job summary

Teamswell is seeking a Provider Specialist to identify, onboard, and support a growing network of data center providers. You will leverage a database of 10,000+ facilities to gather operational data and maintain an up-to-date view of inventory.

The role requires proactive outreach, strong communication, and remote collaboration with US clients. Experience with HubSpot and data management is valued, as is bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in provider/vendor relations or related outreach roles.
• General familiarity with data centers, power metrics, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to conduct high-volume outreach and manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct provider outreach to collect facility information, capacity, and inventory data.
• Maintain regular cadence with providers and support data validation requests.
• Collaborate with sales to identify target markets, regions, and provider segments.
• Serve as initial contact for new provider relationships and handoffs to the team.
• Gather, validate, and document provider data including inventory, footprints, power, pricing.
• Work with data analysts to ensure provider info is entered and maintained in the platform.
• Identify and escalate data gaps or opportunities for improved coverage.
• Track provider engagement activity in relevant systems.
• Support meetings with providers and assist sales in qualification for large requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties consistent with scope and level.
