Oracle in Mexico is seeking a Datacenter Services Operations professional to support break/fix, hardware maintenance, network configuration, and continuous improvement within a data center environment.

The role focuses on guiding technicians, validating connectivity, and ensuring SOP/MOP adherence and safety. It emphasizes collaboration with project teams and vendor relations in a fast-paced data center setting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment, mentoring less experienced technicians or implementing technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system within SLAs against assigned ticket, potentially identifying and escalating trends.
• Validates cabling, checking network environment build and connectivity is established, verifying that devices are connected and error free.
• Oversees adherence to SOPs/MOPs, ensuring work aligns with site rules and vendor requirements while maintaining documentation.
• Trains advanced fix and repair techniques that align with corporate objectives and procedures.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and vendors to test and validate installations and ensure quality service.
