You will support critical infrastructure, install, and maintain server and network equipment, and participate in troubleshooting and documentation. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of data center experience, expert cabling skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Formación

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Conocimientos

Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Educación

Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE)

Herramientas

DCIM platforms

Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco)

Network certifications (CCNA, JNCIA)
