Oracle in Mexico seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to design and architect infrastructure and services for reliability and scalability, forecast capacity needs, and collaborate with software teams to ensure resilient deployments.

You will perform incident response, monitor service health, automate repetitive tasks, and drive improvements across planning, execution, and collaboration while maintaining SLOs.

• Experience with design, capacity planning, and incident management

Responsabilidades

• Designs and architects infrastructure and/or service for reliability and functionality.
• Forecasts demands for infrastructure and responds to capacity needs, ensuring resources meet current and future workloads.
• Collaborates with software development teams to develop reliable and scalable infrastructures.
• Performs incident response, root cause analyses, and maintenance on assigned services.
• Provides health and performance reporting and identifies opportunities for automation.
• Writes release notes and communicates service requirements and impact of changes.
• Monitors services, documents conditions, and supports on-call incident resolution.
• Identifies opportunities to prototype new approaches and drives automation projects.
• Defines and implements automation tools or scripts to monitor, analyze, and remediate issues.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Participates in talent development and coaching within the team.
