Oracle Mexico is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and architect infrastructure, forecast capacity, and drive automation across incident response and maintenance. You will work with software teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and proactive health reporting.

• Experience in designing and operating reliable infrastructure
• Experience with incident response and root cause analysis a plus
• Knowledge of capacity planning and performance monitoring

Responsabilidades

• Capacity Ingestion and Management: design and architect infrastructure for reliability and scalability; forecast demands and ensure sufficient resources.
• Incident and Service Lifecycle Management: monitor services, perform incident response, conduct root cause analyses, and document findings.
• Automation: identify opportunities and implement automation tools and scripts to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Technical Communication and Guidance: write release notes and communicate service requirements and changes to teams and customers.
• Troubleshooting and Resolution: provide operational support, participate in on-call shifts, and resolve issues across services.
• Innovation and Improvement: experiment with new tools, optimize performance, and share insights with the team.
• Planning & Execution: manage moderately complex tasks across projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Problem Solving: analyze data to identify solutions, escalate when needed, and document strategies.
• Performance and Development: contribute to talent development and participate in interviews.
