Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized Site and Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and infrastructure on a large-scale data center project, such as ODAT.

The candidate will have 7+ years in site or facilities management within industrial or data center environments, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, and proven leadership and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of site or facilities management experience in industrial or data center projects.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all site-related activities, including facility operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee infrastructure readiness and alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor site progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support commissioning and handover with thorough documentation.
