Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead to oversee QA for a data center project in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, manage a team of QA professionals, and ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

• Minimum 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in data center infrastructure, operations and quality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies and testing practices, including automation.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies and testing plans aligned with project objectives and data center standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals with performance guidance.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and create mitigation strategies.
• Design and oversee test cases, scenarios, and automated testing frameworks.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate to resolve issues.
• Establish KPIs and quality metrics to track progress and compliance.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to data center compliance standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors to validate quality requirements and deliverables.
• Organize QA training sessions for project teams.
