Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey is seeking a data analytics specialist to consolidate data across departments and build governance using Power Platform tools. The role emphasizes creating centralized data repositories with SharePoint and Power Apps, and delivering dashboards for executive insight.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of BI experience, preferably in automotive, and will collaborate with IT and business teams to enable data-driven decisions and scalable analytics solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data analytics or information systems.
• 1-2+ years of data analytics or BI experience; automotive industry preferred.
• Experience with Power Platform apps including Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate.

Responsabilidades

Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field such as Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• 1-2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise application development.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred; a recent college graduate is also acceptable.
• Experience with: Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power Automate

Objectives and responsibilities:

• Data Integration & Information Management
  • Identify, assess, and integrate disparate data sources across departments to eliminate information silos.
  • Design and maintain centralized data repositories using SharePoint, Power Apps and other enterprise data sources.
  • Develop data governance standards, naming conventions, metadata structures, and security models.
  • Build automated data pipelines and workflows using Power Automate.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and accessibility across business systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align with JSS-wide data standards.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Develop interactive dashboards and executive reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Create KPIs and performance metrics that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Design, develop, and administer a PLM solution using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Configure a Product Development workflow
  • Establish document version control and approval workflows using SharePoint.
• Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams.
  • Train end users on Power Platform applications and reporting tools.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and analytics technologies.
