Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Mexico is seeking a Specialist, Data & Analytics to help connect business needs with data-driven solutions. You will support analytics capabilities, data warehouse solutions, and BI tools to improve visibility into performance and drive strategic decisions.

This role combines technical expertise with business partnership to deliver analytics that create measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or related analytics-focused role.
Hands-on with enterprise data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake or similar platforms.
Proficient in SQL, data modeling, data quality practices, and data governance.
Experience building and supporting Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand objectives and translate requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
Develop, enhance, and maintain data warehouse and BI solutions for reliable, actionable information.
Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting outcomes.
Create and optimize dashboards and semantic models in Power BI and other platforms to deliver meaningful insights.
Investigate data quality issues and implement solutions to strengthen data integrity.
