ZF Group in Monterrey is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to derive system requirements and architectures for ZF’s Braking and Steering products, and to develop cybersecurity concepts.

You will collaborate with software and hardware teams, perform vulnerability analyses and TARAs, and align with the global cybersecurity organization.

Formación

• MS in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Automotive embedded systems understanding across lifecycle.
• Strong communication, moderation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and derive specifications from requirements and reach agreement with stakeholders.
• Preferred knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.

Responsabilidades

• Derive cybersecurity system requirements specifications and system architectures for ZF’s Braking and Steering products.
• Develop cybersecurity concepts.
• Perform vulnerability analyses and TARAs.
• Agree with customers on requirements, technical solutions, cyber risk assessments and mitigations.
• Interact continuously with teams dedicated to software development, hardware development, testing, and production to ensure a common understanding of the cyber security threats, risks, features, and a smooth implementation of them.
• Align with the global cybersecurity organization of Chassis Solutions and the ZF Cybersecurity core team.

The Chassis Solutions Division of ZF North America offers application specific solutions for a variety of different automotive Steering, Braking, Suspension and Chassis Components. Continued growth in our Monterrey office has created an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team!

What you can look forward to as a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer:

• Derive cybersecuritysystem requirements specificationsand system architectures forZF’s Braking and Steering products
• Develop cybersecurity concepts
• Perform vulnerability analyses and TARAs (threat analysis and risk assessment)
• Agree with customers on requirements, technical solutions, cyber risk assessments and risk mitigations
• Interact continuously with teams dedicated to software development, hardware development, testing, and production to ensure a common understanding of the cyber security threats, risks, features, and, a smooth implementation of them.
• Align with the global cybersecurity organization of Chassis Solutions and the ZF Cybersecurity core team

Your profile as a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer:

• /MS in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Very good understanding of Automotive embedded systems and their interaction with other systems throughout the lifecycle (production, operation in the vehicle, maintenance, post SOP support, …)
• Having very good communication, moderation, and problem-solving skills
• Liking to work analytically with requirements and architectures – reading and understanding them, negotiating them with the stakeholders, deriving specifications out of it and getting to an agreement with the stakeholders about these specifications
• Preferred knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434
