Capgemini Engineering invites talented engineers to join our automotive safety team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will contribute to ISO 26262 lifecycle, perform HARA, FMEA/FTA analyses, and collaborate across systems, software, and hardware groups to ensure safety requirements are met.

We seek 2–5 years experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, English level B2-C1, and strong analytical skills. This role offers ongoing training, certifications, and a culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Software/Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive engineering, systems engineering, embedded systems or functional safety.
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 and the functional safety lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with HARA, FMEA, FTA, and safety requirements development.
  • English proficiency at B2-C1.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the development lifecycle of automotive products by applying ISO 26262 functional safety processes.
  • Assist in the creation and review of safety work products including HARA, FMEA, FTA, and Safety Requirements.
  • Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware teams to ensure safety requirements are properly implemented.
  • Support safety issue investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to safety documentation, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
