ZF Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a HW Electronics Engineer II to join our R&D center to advance ADAS hardware development. You will lead and support schematics, BOMs and layouts, and contribute to safety analyses and reports for internal and customer reviews.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, has hands-on experience with high-speed digital circuits, lab verification, microprocessors/DSPs, CMOS sensors, and communicates

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience with high-speed digital circuits and layout.
• Proficient with lab tools and verification techniques.
• Knowledge of ASIC analog/digital design and CMOS sensors.
• Fluent in English for cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support development and analysis of hardware schematics, BOMs and layouts for ADAS modules.
• Edit safety analyses and ISO 26262 related work products (DFMEA, FMEDA, WCA).
• Generate analyses, reports and presentations for internal and customer reviews.
• Support hardware verification and understand customer requirements and milestones.
• Prepare engineering and release related reports.

What you can look forward to as Hardware Electronics Engineer:

• Lead/support the development and analysis ofhardware schematics, BOMs & layouts of ADAS modules.
• Edit application-specific safety analysis (Functional Safety ISO 26262 work products: DFMEA, FMEDA, and Worst-Case analysis (WCA).
• Generate concise and effective analyses, reports and presentations for both internal and customer focused discussions and reviews.
• Support Hardware Verification.
• Understand automotive customer requirements, project milestones, technology relevance and capability.
• Prepares engineering and release related reports.

Your Profile as Hardware Electronics Engineer:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree inElectrical or MechatronicalEngineering or related field.
• Design and layout experience with high-speed digital components and circuits.
• Capability to use lab tools, equipment, and techniques to verify circuit operation.
• Microprocessor, DSP, Power Supply, and DDR experience is required.
• Use of simulation tools (Pspice, LTSpice,etc).
• Knowledge of ASIC analog/digital design, CMOS sensors, lenses, and optical systems.
• Business fluent in written and verbal English and ability to communicate with and understand the needs of cross-functional teams.
