Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Cyber Security Team Lead to supervise the cybersecurity function, own reporting, and present quarterly results to CIO and CEO.

You will oversee a skilled team, coordinate with executive stakeholders, and ensure alignment with governance, risk, and compliance objectives. Fluent English and Spanish required.

Formación

• 8–12 years in cybersecurity with team leadership experience.
• Experience producing cybersecurity reports for CIO/CEO-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on command of CrowdStrike, NinjaOne, Abnormal and PSAT platforms.
• Strong IAM knowledge with Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience in governance, risk and compliance roles and audits.
• Ability to translate security findings into business risk language.
• Proven ability to lead and coach security teams and manage workloads.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with strong written/presentation skills.

Title: Cyber Security Team Lead

Role Overview:

The Security Team Leader acts as supervisor for the THE CLIENT cybersecurity function, owning cybersecurity reporting and presenting quarterly results to the CIO and CEO. The role requires both credible technical breadth across the security toolset and the executive communication skills to represent security posture at board level.

One position is being established in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as supervisor for the cybersecurity team.
• Handling cybersecurity reporting.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly results to the CIO and CEO.

Scope of Technical Oversight

The Team Leader is expected to have working command of the full security toolset in scope for the team:

• Endpoint & detection: CrowdStrike.
• Email security & awareness: Abnormal, Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (PSAT).
• Automation: PowerShell.
• Governance: GRC processes and tooling.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 2–3 years leading or supervising a security team.
• Demonstrated experience producing and presenting cybersecurity reporting to C-level stakeholders, including quarterly posture reviews.
• Working technical command of endpoint detection and response (CrowdStrike), patch management (NinjaOne), and email security and awareness platforms (Abnormal, PSAT).
• Solid identity and access management grounding across Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience in a governance, risk and compliance capacity: risk registers, control frameworks, audit support and remediation tracking.
• Ability to translate technical security findings into business risk language for executive audiences.
• People leadership capability: workload allocation, performance management, coaching and on-call rota ownership.
• Experience defining and reporting against security KPIs and metrics.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and presentation skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading security for a manufacturing or food production organisation, including OT security considerations.
• Familiarity with recognised frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001 or CIS Controls.
• Experience owning third-party risk management (TPRM) programmes and supporting audits.
• Experience managing a security function in a managed services or outsourced delivery model.
• Incident response leadership experience, including executive communication during a live incident.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent (strongly desirable).
• CrowdStrike or Microsoft security certifications (desirable).
