Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to join our finance organization. You will conduct compliance-related tasks and support financial close activities within a hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, control reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed governance and improve reporting accuracy. English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate) is required; certifications such as CAMS/CCO/CFA/CPA/CRCM are a plus.

Formación

• Degrees in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA or CRCM are valued.
• Experience with R2R and financial close processes is preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks. Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans. Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls. Collaborate with cross–functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns. Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews. Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
