StartX in Mexico City is seeking an individual contributor to build live dashboards that reveal insights and patterns to improve customer experience across multiple lines of business. You will leverage SQL and Python, analyze data flows, and communicate with product, HR, and CX teams to unblock bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management is required, with CX experience and Lean Six Sigma certification highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management.
• Experience in customer experience.
• Experience in SQL and Python.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• English C1 (Recommended but not required).
• Experience in data analyses and flow diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Create live dashboards to understand data and track trends.
• Analyze data and identify insights to improve CX across lines of business.
