PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a data-oriented professional to design live dashboards, analyze data patterns, and derive insights to enhance customer experience across multiple business lines.

You will implement continuous improvement methods while collaborating with Product, HR, and CX teams to resolve bottlenecks and drive cost efficiencies. English proficiency (C1) is recommended but not required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management.
• Experience in customer experience.
• Experience in SQL and Python.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• English C1. (Recommended but not required).
• Experience in data analyses and flow diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Create live dashboards to understand data and track trends.
• Follow continuous improvement methodologies across different verticals to minimize costs and improve CX.
• Effectively communicate with other verticals' stakeholders such as product, HR, CX to unblock bottlenecks.
