Jobtailor in Mexico City is seeking an AI/Automation Engineer to identify, design, and implement AI/ML and automation solutions that reduce manual work and connect with existing systems.

The role focuses on building production-ready models, RPA workflows, and LLM-based applications, while ensuring quality through prompt engineering, RAG, and monitoring.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply security and privacy best practices, and stay current in a rapidly evolving field.

Formación

• Proficiency in Python and software development best practices.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools and workflow/RPA platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and APIs/webhooks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design, and build AI/ML and automation solutions to address business needs.
• Develop, integrate, and deploy models and automation workflows into production.
• Build and maintain prompt engineering, retrieval (RAG), and evaluation pipelines.
• Monitor, test, and improve deployed solutions by tracking performance and cost.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and enable adoption.
• Apply responsible-AI, security, and compliance best practices.
