Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the classification of raw materials (RM), finished goods (FG), and fixed assets (FA).
  • Execute downloads and manage Annex 24.
  • Manage customs regime changes (F4 and F5).
  • Process permits and documentation such as R8 and COFEPRIS authorizations.
  • Supervise and follow up on Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Ensure compliance with the CTPAT program.
  • Monitor and manage the IVA-IEPS certification.
  • Provide support in the administration of Annex 24.
  • Control and supervise the handling of fixed assets within the plant.
  • Manage IMMEX programs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual foreign trade reports.
  • Support the import/export operations team.
  • Prepare and submit INEGI reports.
  • Prepare and submit IVA reports.

Job description

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with the company's customs and foreign trade obligations, including proper classification of goods, fixed asset management, and efficient administration of programs such as IMMEX, IVA-IEPS, and CTPAT.

Key Responsibilities:
