Footprint in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a specialist in international trade compliance to manage IMMEX program obligations, VAT/IEPS certification, and related foreign trade operations.

You will monitor, analyze, and control inventory records and internal processes to ensure full regulatory compliance while minimizing risks during audits by SAT and ANAM.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field, advanced English, and hands-on IMMEX manufacturing experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Customs, International Business, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
• Experience working in IMMEX manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with IMMEX obligations and VAT/IEPS certification by monitoring foreign trade operations and internal processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and control temporary inventory records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Minimize audit and inspection risks with SAT and ANAM by maintaining rigorous controls and documentation.

Role Description

Ensure compliance with the customs obligations related to the company's IMMEX Program and VAT/IEPS Certification by monitoring, analyzing, and controlling foreign trade operations, temporary inventory records, and internal processes. Ensure full compliance with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations while minimizing risks associated with audits and

inspections by authorities such as the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Customs, International Business, or a related field.

Advanced English .

Experience working in IMMEX manufacturing
