Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in International Trade or a related field, along with experience in customs operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced English is required. The position supports timely shipment releases and helps resolve customs-related issues.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, or related field required.
• Experience in customs operations or logistics environments essential.
• Strong understanding of customs documentation and clearance processes.

• Coordinate and follow up on import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring timely shipment releases and issue resolution.
• Maintain direct communication with customs brokers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments regarding customs-related activities.
• Review and validate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other trade compliance documents.
• Monitor shipment status, customs requirements, delays, discrepancies, and potential risks, providing timely updates to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain customs records and support compliance with applicable customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in customs operations, import/export processes, international trade, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and international shipping procedures.
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers.
• Strong understanding of customs documentation and clearance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience within manufacturing or electronics assembly environments is preferred.
