Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the BGA Americas Aftermarket team. You will enter MSP Avionics & Mechanical Components contracts, support enrollments, transfers and renewals, and provide top-level assistance to Sales, Contracts, Disputes, and Customer Accounts teams.

You will work with SAP, SFDC, and the MyAerospace portal while assisting global customers and Honeywell dealers, prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining metrics on workload and revenue

Responsibilities

• Enter contracts for MSP Avionics & Mechanical Components, supporting new aircraft enrollments, contract transfers, and renewals.
• Provide top-end support for the Sales, Contracts, Disputes and Customer Accounts teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and SFDC (SalesForce.com) as well as the MyAerospace portal.
• Support high end global customers and Honeywell dealers while prioritizing critical issues to ensure customer requirements are met on time.
• Manage workflow with minimum supervision while displaying patience, sound judgment, and professionalism under pressure.
• Responsible for maintaining metrics relating to workload and revenue generating activities. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Collaborate effectively with internal Honeywell Aerospace resources to provide solutions.
• Responding to customized contract requests - expedited and / or preferential.
• Actively participate and sometimes lead team meetings, process improvement teams, and other activities as assigned.
