Ingredion Incorporated in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a professional to lead customer specification reviews across Europe, USA and Canada, coordinating with plants and country teams to meet segmentation policy.

The role focuses on timely responses to inquiries, reviewing quality agreements, and organizing documentation to enable global teams to access accurate records. Fluent English is required.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational, technical, or business role.
  • Experience in Plant Quality or Customer quality documentation preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Computer experience; Salesforce and Sharepoint a plus.
  • Ability to interact with Europe, USA, and Canada Quality Organization.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process with plant and country participants to provide timely reviews aligned with customer segmentation policy.
  • In partnership with colleagues, ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Review customer quality agreements and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements.
  • Meet with customers, plant quality and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews for Europe, USA, and Canada.
  • Submit regional reviews for global customer review.
  • Ensure completed customer specifications and quality agreements are organized and saved in a shared location for easy retrieval by plant quality and global document teams.

LOCATION: Guadalajara - Mexico

REPORTS TO: Lead Customer Specifications US & Canada

  • Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process by working with appropriate participants from each plant and country to provide timely specification reviews to our customers in alignment with customer segmentation policy.
  • In partnership with colleagues, ensure timely responses to customer related inquiries.
  • Review customer quality agreements with the appropriate plant and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements.
  • Meet with customers, plant quality and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews for Europe, USA, and Canada.
  • Submit regional reviews for global customer review.
  • Ensure completed customer specifications and quality agreements are organized and saved in a shared location for easy retrieval by plant quality and global document teams.
Skills
  • Proven commitment to the promotion of a safe work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational, technical, or business role, Plant Quality or Customer quality documentation experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Computer experience. Salesforce and Sharepoint a plus.
  • Ability to work and interact with all levels of the Europe, USA, Canada Quality Organization.
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with and between customers, team members, plants, support functions and functional groups.
  • Strong planning, organizing and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, work independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, multi-task, prioritize in high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
