Ingredion Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Customer Specifications Specialist to lead and coordinate the customer specification review process with plant quality, sales and regional teams. You will ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain quality agreements across regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in an operational, technical, or business role, with a preference for Plant Quality or Customer quality documentation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process with plant participants across regions.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Review customer quality agreements and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements.
• Meet with customers, plant quality and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews for Europe, USA, and Canada.
• Submit regional reviews for global customer review.
• Ensure completed customer specifications and quality agreements are organized and saved in a shared location for easy retrieval by plant quality and global document teams.
