AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. busca un Representante de Servicio al Cliente II para actuar como recurso ante las solicitudes de los clientes y resolver incidencias de entrega, coordinando con otros departamentos.

Este rol se centra en establecer nuevas relaciones, gestionar cuentas existentes y traducir las necesidades del cliente en soluciones orientadas a resultados. El candidato ideal tiene 1+ año en servicio al cliente y 2+ años en logística o freight forwarding, con familiaridad en AS400,

Formación

• Educación mínima en secundaria o GED necesaria.
• Experiencia de 1+ año en servicio al cliente.
• Conocimiento en logística y Freight Forwarding deseable, 2+ años.

Responsabilidades

• Seguir procedimientos para establecer rutas y tiempos de tránsito.
• Atender llamadas entrantes y realizar llamadas salientes con excelente servicio.
• Trabajar con el TMS para rastrear cargas y actualizar a clientes.
• Revisar y responder correos de clientes en la bandeja del equipo.
• Cumplir KPIs y hitos de los clientes de forma oportuna.
• Promover servicios adicionales para contribuir a las ganancias.
• Servir como enlace entre ventas y gestión de cuentas.
• Escalar situaciones inusuales para revisión.

Resumen

The Customer Service Representative II will act as resource to AIT's customers requests and resolve delivery issues by answering customer's questions and work on resolving them in coordination with other departments. This role will focus on establishing new relationships, managing and maintaining existing customer's accounts and assessing customer's needs translating into results oriented solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Follow established procedures on setting up routes and transit times / appointment scheduling for AIT's services
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls ensuring outstanding customer service. Complete requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Work within Transportation Management Software (TMS) to trace loads and provide customers with necessary shipment updates
• Review and proactively respond to customer emails within the assigned team inbox
• Proactively meet or exceed Customer KPI's and / milestones within a timely manner
• Promote additional services, such as Proof of Delivery (POD's), to contribute to overall profit
• Serve as a liaison between sales and / or account management team and customers to enhance service experience
• Escalate highly unusual situations to sales and /or account management team to review and reconcile
• Review the process and take immediate action to correct or solve semi-routine issues that may occur
• Act as resource to new and existing customer accounts to assure accurate and timely delivery
• Provide feedback on enhancing current procedures that will increase efficiency reduce errors and better serve our customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with AIT’s customers and vendors
• Train and gain general knowledge of lane history and customer pricing
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Calificaciones
