IEE Sensing Inc. in Mexico's Centro region is seeking a logistics professional to join our Logistics Department. You will monitor daily transit statuses, coordinate shipments with warehouses, providers and customers, and record data in ERP/TMS/Excel while driving on-time performance.

The role emphasizes route tracking, documentation, and problem-solving to keep shipments moving. Fluency in English and a university degree with 3 years of logistics experience are required; manufacturing

Formación

• University degree and at least 3 years experience in traffic, logistics, transport, or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating shipments with warehouses, carriers and customers is preferred.
• Experience with route tracking, customs management, and logistics in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily status of units in transit locally and long-haul routes.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling with warehouses, transportation providers, and customers.
• Record and update information in ERP, TMS, and Excel.
• Track loading, transit, and delivery times.
• Manage route incidents and escalate when necessary.
• Validate transportation documents such as bills of lading and delivery orders.
• Maintain communication with drivers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Support transportation assignment and route optimization.
• Prepare operational KPIs like on-time deliveries and incidents.
• Verify proof of delivery documentation.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Monitoring the daily status of units in transit (local and/or long-haul routes)
• Coordinating shipment scheduling with warehouse, transportation providers, and customers
• Recording and updating information in systems (ERP / TMS / Excel)
• Tracking loading, transit, and delivery times
• Managing route incidents (delays, deviations, accidents, etc.) and escalating when necessary
• Validating transportation documentation (bills of lading, invoices, delivery orders)
• Maintaining constant communication with drivers, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Supporting transportation assignment and route optimization
• Preparing operational reports (KPIs such as on-time deliveries, incidents, etc.)
• Controlling proof of delivery (PODs)

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• University degree and minimum 3 years experience in traffic, logistics, transportation, or supply chain (preferred)
• Experience in:
  • route tracking and working with drivers (preferred)
  • Customs Management
  • Logistics processes in manufacturing companies, k nowledge in Impo/Expo
  • Shipment documentation
  • Forwarders follow up
  • Customs Broker management
• Fluency in English required
