Kellanova is seeking a Customer Service & Collaboration Jr. Associate in MX hybrid role.

You will drive customer engagement, lead collaborative planning initiatives, and partner with commercial and supply chain teams to deliver service levels and business results. As a liaison between Kellanova and customers, you will analyze performance, support forecasting accuracy, develop CPFR programs, and identify opportunities to improve execution, availability, and customer satisfaction through

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Customer Service, CPFR, and supply chain processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with improvement projects and process optimization.
• Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement CPFR initiatives aligned with customer strategies.
• Utilize Tableau and Excel to monitor KPIs and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Demand Planning, Sales and Commercial teams.
• Lead meetings with customer replenishment and supply chain stakeholders.

Are you passionate about customer collaboration and supply chain excellence? Join our Customer Service & Collaboration team as a Customer Service & Collaboration Jr. Associate. You’ll be responsible for driving customer engagement, leading collaborative planning initiatives, and partnering with commercial and supply chain teams to deliver outstanding service levels and business results.

As a key liaison between Kellanova and our customers, you will analyze business performance, support forecasting accuracy, develop CPFR programs, and identify opportunities to improve execution, availability, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Collaboration & CPFR Programs: Develop and implement collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) initiatives aligned with customer strategies and business objectives.
• Business Analysis & Decision Making: Utilize Tableau, Excel, and customer data to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, support forecasting accuracy, and drive business decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Order Management, Demand Planning, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure service excellence, optimize commercial plans, and improve operational efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management: Lead meetings with customer replenishment, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders to align strategies, review performance, and resolve issues effectively.
• Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track key metrics including Fill Rate, OSA, inventory health, and sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve execution, customer satisfaction, and business results.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Collaboration, CPFR, Supply Chain, Order Management, Transportation, or Customer Development processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities with experience managing data, reports, and business insights.
• Experience participating in improvement projects and driving process optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of forecasting, replenishment processes, and customer collaboration practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
