Dana Incorporated in Querétaro seeks a Demand Planner to analyze and manage customer demand ensuring 100% compliance with timing, quantity, and product mix using EDI systems and IATF 16949/ISO 14001 guidelines.

Responsibilities include aligning shipments, evaluating demand fluctuations, creating 5‑day schedules, ensuring customer service, and achieving Premium Freight targets while optimizing transport costs.

Formación

• ERP and MRP systems proficiency.
• Experience with transportation modes.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with customer systems (EDI, IMS2, MMOG, EDI).
• Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.

• Ensure that the customer receives the requested products as scheduled (on time, in the correct quantity, and with the correct mix), while ensuring the best possible transportation costs.
• Evaluate fluctuations in demand.
• Develop 5-day shipping schedules.
• Ensure customer service.
• Meet the Premium Freight target.
