Job summary

The LEGO Group in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Planner to coordinate joint customer planning, forecast demand, and optimize inventory across department stores. You will work with account managers to build yearly plans, sales targets, launches, and promotions.

You will analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to streamline operations, improving service delivery and customer satisfaction in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or inventory management required.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with SAP, Tableau, Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Joint planning with account managers and customers to develop yearly plans and objectives.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
• Track KPIs related to sales, inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
• Improve operations within department stores to enhance efficiency and service.
