Job summary

LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Materials Planner to ensure timely material availability and support production. You will adjust supplier schedules, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement across planning and QEHS responsibilities.

The role requires collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a focus on data-driven decision making in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement or related Supply Chain functions.
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability aligned with latest production plan requirements.
• Manage and adjust supplier delivery schedules for production changes.
• Optimize inventory and safety stock to balance continuity and obsolescence.
• Monitor supplier performance and address supply risks proactively.
• Identify and mitigate material-related risks with contingency planning.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.
• Contribute to QEHS initiatives and ensure compliance in your area.
