Job summary

Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, including Devin, the first AI software engineer. As a Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with customers, understand their workflows, deploy Devin into production, and drive adoption of the Cognition platform.

You'll collaborate with engineering teams to identify high-impact use cases, demo solutions, support integrations, and ensure clients realize value from our technology. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must have fluency/native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academics, athletics, professional or entrepreneurial pursuits.
• Self-directed by default; able to work without a manager.
• Strong communication skills with engineers and executives.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation.
• Work with customers to understand technical challenges and identify best use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams for smooth integration and adoption.
• Listen to customer feedback and advocate for customers’ needs with the team.
• Serve as the customer oracle to help set the roadmap.
