Job summary

Enlighten AI Labs is seeking a senior software engineer to work directly with customers, turning business problems into production software. You will lead technical work from discovery through rollout, shaping the deployment and guiding engineers to deliver robust solutions.

You will build applications and data workflows, run multiple AI agents in parallel, and ensure production readiness with proper access controls and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Senior ownership of software delivered to customer environments, including architecture and rollout decisions.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills with practical SQL and API/database integration abilities.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise authentication and integration constraints.
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple AI agents and building developer tools.
• Sound judgment on experimentation, questions, or customer/engineering reviews.
• Ability to work independently and explain technical decisions to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Documenting decisions, testing assumptions, and staying accountable through handoff.
• Experience deploying analytics or AI products with enterprise data warehouses and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers and translate needs into deliverable plans.
• Build applications, APIs, and data workflows connecting Enlighten's products to customer systems.
• Run multiple AI agents in parallel to investigate systems, prototype integrations, and create diagnostics.
• Own production readiness: access controls, automated checks, and monitoring for deployments.
• Trace failures across application, data, and infrastructure and raise risks early.
• Coach engineers through delivery and collaborate with product teams on reusable patterns.
