• 3+ years of experience in pricing analytics, finance, or commercial operations.
• Experience supporting pricing, contracting, or commercial operations within distribution/manufacturing.
• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business reporting.

• Drive pricing accuracy and consistency across the LAC region, including ERP price maintenance and contract administration.
• Analyze pricing, profitability, sales, and market data to support strategic decisions.
• Develop pricing models, dashboards, and reports to identify trends and provide insights.
• Partner with sales teams, distributors, and stakeholders to resolve pricing issues and improve processes.
• Manage price lists, discount structures, and distributor-specific pricing programs.
• Support pricing changes, communication, and invoicing accuracy across the region.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes and controls.

Join our team and play a key role in driving pricing strategy and profitability across the Latin America & Caribbean Industrial business. This position supports pricing operations, contract administration, customer pricing accuracy, and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include pricing analysis, ERP maintenance, price modeling, reporting, profitability assessments, and market trend analysis to help achieve regional growth and business objectives. What will your role be?

• Drive pricing accuracy and consistency across the LAC region, including ERP price maintenance, updates, and contract administration.
• Analyze pricing, profitability, sales, and market data to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop pricing models, dashboards, and reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with sales teams, distributors, customer service, and business stakeholders to resolve pricing issues and improve processes.
• Manage price lists, discount structures, customer contracts, and distributor-specific pricing programs.
• Support pricing change implementation, communication, and invoicing accuracy across the region.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Provide analytical support for customer-specific pricing strategies and profitability assessments.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, system testing, and business transformation initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with pricing policies and procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Job Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, business analytics, finance, sales operations, or customer service.
• Experience supporting pricing, contracting, or commercial operations within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, process improvement, and system implementations or enhancements.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers.

Knowledge and Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP and business intelligence tools, such as Oracle, Oracle BI, and QlikView.
• Strong presentation and communication skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic and operational perspectives.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of process improvement and problem-solving.
