Auberge Collection is seeking a Culinary Experiences Chef for Susurros del Corazon in Punta de Mita, Mexico. In this role, you will elevate our culinary brand through creative proposals and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef, lead culinary events, ensure high standards, and manage kitchen operations. Ideal candidates have a passion for culinary excellence and the flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned established restaurants or catering companies.
• Knowledge of kitchen food safety required.

Responsabilidades

• Elevate the brand through culinary experiences at the resort.
• Lead culinary experiences like Beach Grill and Chef In Villa Experience.
• Coordinate training activities for kitchen staff.
