Turner & Townsend is seeking a CSA Quality Project Manager to lead on-site construction oversight for data center projects. You will act as the client’s representative, guiding safety, schedule, cost, quality and technical performance across all phases from planning to closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/architecture/construction management, 8+ years in construction PM, experience across commercial/industrial projects, QA/QC leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong experience managing commercial, industrial, warehouse, retail, or similar construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing QA/QC processes across CSA discipline.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and construction quality management practices.
• PMP, QA/QC, or ISO certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all phases of project execution, from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Maintain ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, contracts, risks, and stakeholder management.
• Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements.
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, construction progress, and project reporting.
• Manage project risks and ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between the client, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular executive-level progress reporting.
