Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Cross Dock Supervisor for our Querétaro operations. You will oversee inbound and outbound freight, coordinate with 3PL partners, and ensure accurate documentation and on-time shipments.

This on-site role requires strong WMS experience, especially Körber WMS, and the ability to lead a two-shift operation (7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM).

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or cross-dock operations.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and shipping transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify physical freight against packing lists, bills of lading, manifests, and other shipment documentation.
• Coordinate daily workflows and compliance requirements with 3PL warehouse personnel.
• Manage outbound shipment coordination according to customer carrier schedules and freight requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for discrepancies, damaged freight, and system-related issues.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, digital records, shipment photos, and documentation for non-compliant or exception shipments.
• Monitor cross-dock lanes, trailer loading and unloading activity, and KPIs to support timely and efficient operations.

Job Title: Cross Dock Supervisor

Location: Querétaro, Mexico – On-Site

Type of Contract: Full-Time Employee via GP (Employer of Record)

Salary Range: Market Rates

Language Requirements: Strong English communication skills (assumed based on regular interaction with customers and external partners)

Openings: 6 Positions

• 3 positions: First Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 3 positions: Second Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Target Start Date: October 12, 2026
Selection Deadline: End of September 2026 to allow time for onboarding

Our client is seeking a skilled Cross Dock Supervisor with experience in warehouse supervision, cross-dock operations, and logistics to join their growing team. You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound freight transactions, coordinating with third-party logistics personnel, and resolving operational issues on the warehouse floor. Your work will directly impact freight accuracy, shipment timeliness, and overall cross-dock performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and shipping transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify physical freight against packing lists, bills of lading, manifests, and other shipment documentation.
• Coordinate daily workflows and compliance requirements with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse personnel.
• Manage outbound shipment coordination according to customer carrier schedules and freight requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for discrepancies, damaged freight, and system-related issues, using customer portals as required.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, digital records, shipment photos, and documentation for non-compliant or exception shipments.
• Monitor cross-dock lanes, trailer loading and unloading activity, and key performance indicators to support timely and efficient operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision, cross-dock operations, logistics, or a closely related environment.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Körber WMS is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to work comfortably with customer and logistics portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with customers, vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve shipping discrepancies and operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing freight, shipment documentation, and inventory records.
• Ability to work the assigned 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and adjust to freight-related operational requirements when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising cross-dock or high-volume freight operations.
• Familiarity with Körber WMS.
• Experience tracking and reporting warehouse or logistics KPIs.
• Experience working directly with external carriers, customers, and third-party warehouse teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation-management skills.
