J-K Network Services, located in Mexico, Veracruz, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor responsible for supervising warehouse associates and coordinating logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.

This on-site position offers a salary range of Php 25,000–35,000 and includes government-mandated benefits, HMO, and leave credits.

Formación

• 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience.
• 1–2 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to attend face-to-face interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse associates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
• Maintain stock levels through cycle counts and inventories.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Analyze workflows to optimize productivity.
• Report key performance indicators to management.
