NXP Semiconductors NV in Mexico is seeking a student intern to support administrative tasks across HR, Marketing, Finance and Legal, gaining hands-on experience in a multinational tech company.

You will help with data entry, scheduling, presentations, and process improvement while collaborating with teams and learning about corporate operations. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are required; prior internship is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or a related non-technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management across departments (HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal).
• Support project coordination: scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, tracking progress.
• Conduct research and compile information to support initiatives and strategic planning.
• Contribute to development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on assignments, showing initiative and proactivity.
• Assist with event planning and logistical support for internal or external activities.
• Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
