Bayer is seeking a senior leader to drive the Crop Protection portfolio for Fruits & Vegetables in the NORLA cluster. The role focuses on strategic value propositions, three-year launch plans, and multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize market performance and portfolio growth.

Formación

• University degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Experience in crop protection portfolio management and product positioning.
• Strong ability to translate technical insights into commercial value propositions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update a Technical and Commercial Value Proposition for Crop Protection in Fruits & Vegetables across NORLA.
• Lead three-year launch and positioning plans aligned with innovation timelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, ARI, Regulatory, Field Solutions and other teams to ensure execution.
• Bridge asset introduction concepts to local Marketing and country technical experts.
• Ensure local teams use Value Proposition for launch prep and in-market execution.
• Coordinate with NORLA and LATAM stakeholders to align strategies across markets.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting portfolio performance.
