Bayer AG is seeking a Product Design Senior Principal Scientist in Mexico City. You will lead strategic design of germplasm cohorts, align resources with cross-functional partners, and mentor teams across regions to deliver a robust product pipeline using genomics and quantitative genetics.

The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and guidance through crop cycles, with a focus on Health, Safety, Environment, and Human Rights policies within Crop Science.

Competenze

• PhD or MS with extensive experience in breeding programs, genetics, or applied data science.
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve goals.
• Ability to lead stakeholders through challenges and opportunities with collaborative solutions.
• Experience analyzing large biological datasets and applying quantitative genetics and functional genomics.
