Who We're Looking For

To be considered for our Trainee Cabin Crew program, you'll need:

• To be of legal age (18 years or older)
• Completed high school education, with a physical copy of your certificate
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar people-focused role
• Full flexibility for shift work and a willingness to relocate if needed
• Advanced or conversational English skills
• A valid Mexican passport with at least 9 months of validity remaining from your application date
• A valid US visa with at least 9 months validity, OR a verifiable appointment to begin the application process
