Viva is seeking a Crew Support to provide operational support to the Crew Controller, ensuring flights are staffed within the 72-hour window and compliant with regulations and CBAs. You will coordinate with departments to minimize disruptions and arrange travel for same-day operations.

You will monitor crew documentation, rest requirements, and duty limits, while reporting incidents and deviations to ensure safe, reliable flight coverage.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel and work rotating shifts.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, technical manuals and documentation, and fatigue management.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and a customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Crew Controller to ensure operational continuity.
• Assist flight crew with transportation and hotel arrangements for same-day operations.
• Report operational incidents, key decisions, and deviations from procedures and regulations.
• Optimize crew resources while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, CBAs, and company policies.
• Coordinate effectively with all operational departments to minimize disruptions to daily flight operations.
• Monitor crew documentation validity, flight duty and flight time limitations, rest requirements, and other regulatory compliance aspects, while issuing reports and deviation notifications.

As a Crew Support, you will provide operational support to the Crew Controller to ensure effective flight coverage within the 72-hour operational window prior to departure. You will help guarantee that every flight is staffed with the required legal crew by continuously monitoring crew schedules, assigning crew members in compliance with aviation regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies, while efficiently managing last-minute operational changes.

• Provide effective support and coordination with the Crew Controller to ensure operational continuity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of aviation regulations, technical manuals and documentation, and fatigue management.
